How to do it: Just shake your head really fast and hard and get your lips flapping. Then take a pic with the flash and it'll freeze the action

NUDE FLAPPING!!! Not much else to do in boonerville, so we's been practicing flapping hoeps n hoeps. Practice does make perfect!
